A specially designed car harness to keep your dog in when secured with a car seat belt. On top of the harness are two nylon handles and two aluminum rings. The car seat belt goes through the handles. It can also be attached with a seat belt strap or a specially sold seat belt through the aluminum rings on the car harness.
The harness passed standard crash testing by US authorities.
The car harness can also be used as a cooling vest on hot summer days. Soak the harness with cold water and since the material in the harness absorbs the water well, you don't need to wring it out much. The car harness has a double zipper, it's nice to have the harness tight when using it in the car, but it's good to have a little more room when using it as a cooling vest.
